January 1982 - Von and Bill Continue to Live Overseas

After kids go off to university, Bill and Von continue to live and travel overseas until mid 1990s. They live in Saudi, Italy, Egypt, Jamaica, and Mongolia. Bill also has a 6 month stint in Zambia. They retire to Austin, Texas. (If I get inspired later on, will flesh out their travels on this timeline)
